On my journey to become successful I realised that I have to be better version of myself in the points of habits, mindset and routines. Thats why I decided to share with you some daily habits that all successful men have.
1. No pain, no gain!
Playing sports is a habit that many rich people have. Everybody swears by it including self-made successes but again just one pitfall I don’t exercise much you know like a lot of people join the gym but then start slucking off and the only go like twice a month.I start spending about 30 minutes per day at the gym. Such exercises are good for the body and for the mind. They have a positive effect on the neurons and stimulate the production of glucose which is great brain fuel. It’s relaxing and has much more positive effects in every part of our life. So put on dry fit, take the towel and go!!!
Aside from that, many rich people continue doing the sports they took up back in childhood. I do box and gym. For example, Bill Gates has been playing tennis for many years now.
2. The early bird gets the worm
Successful people are rarely night owls. They go to bed and wake up quite early. When I started this experiment I was at a time of my life when I loved staying up late watch my shows, play video game and surf the web. I prefer waking up 3 hours before the start of the working day. Waking up early gives me enough time to do my everyday chores and rituals while still having enough time for my family.I was one of those people with about 5 different alarms and snoozed the all…I am sure you know what I am talking about.Wake up at the same time every morning and forget the excuses like “5 minutes more”.By short time you will start feeling well-rested and excited to start a new day with all challenges.
3. Clear, open and focused mind
I thought if that the most successful people stay on top of their game it should help me out too, so I started doing it for 30 minutes a day and divided that time into two sessions. First was in the morning – 15 minutes and other 15 minutes in the evening. Meditation becomes my secret weapon for better relaxation and a clearer sharper mind. It is a great way to relieve the pressure. Now it was time for me to start being ambitious. To set goals for myself and to achieve them. I decided to make weekly To Do list. I suggest you to start practicing meditation as many wealthy people use.
You will be surprised.
4. Meet people as much as you can
I meet people as much as I can. I visit different exhibitions and events that suits my interest. I learned to find common ground with people from the get-go. I meet a lot of extraordinary individuals and make some really good friends. After that networking is like currency for successful people. Don’t be the mercenary networker who drops contacts like a hot potato when they prove no longer useful. True power comes from building a solid and strong community. Develop and grow your own network. Keep up contact with your connections’ connections. Treat everyone with respect and dignity and then you can all help each other work together to succeed.
5. How you will go nowhere? Set goals and achieve them.
lAll rich people say that no matter how much money you lose, you can always earn it again. But there is no way of getting back wasted time. If you don’t have a clear plan ahead of you, you can’t reach success. The golden rule is, “The right plan prevents bad work.” This is why all millionaires plan their time, make to-do lists and set goals for every day.
“Patience and planning are the keys to success.” – Steve Jobs
6. Keep minimalistic approach of your style
I decided to follow the examples of other rich people and to wear just simple clothes. Went to the shop, bought a few plain identical T-shirts, sweaters and pants. That was one of the best decisions I made.
Many wealthy people have their own style of clothing and tend to keep wearing the same clothes for many years. Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg explains it by saying that he wants to get rid of all the extra stuff in his life. He wants to make as few decisions as possible that don’t concern his contribution to society.
7. Believe in yourself
This doesn’t mean neglecting to do all the hard work, but it does mean believing in your own power to achieve your dreams. Keep yourself driven and inspired and you’ll stand a good chance of actually meeting your biggest goals.
True power means not being blind to your own weaknesses. Position yourself to wield your strengths in the best possible way, and that means also owning your weaknesses and finding out how to grow from them.
If you have the training, the mind set, the inspiration, and the passion, why wait? The perfect opportunity to show off your leadership skills and start growing your power may never be handed to you on a silver platter. Start now. Strengthen your power muscles any chance you get, and actively seek out the opportunities to show them off.
